I'd be grateful if anyone can help with info - we moved into the area during the year (child passed late transfer test (VR 134), live less than 1 mile from school) and are appealing for a place at Borlase which is over the planned number in current year. We're trying to understand the ins and outs of class sizes and 'prejudice'. Can anyone tell us how many classes are there for year groups 7 and 8? and / or what the largest year group has been in the last few years? Also, is there any info on whether Borlase will increase their PAN under new rules? Anything else that might be helpful?

Thank you!

Someone else may be able to help with class sizes.

The best way of winning an appeal, however, is usually to focus on your own case:
