Does the panel know if several 11+ have been taken and missed by DS (ie Bexley, Kent,...), can they ask this question during the appeal? as this can constitute for them a confirmation of non ability, though it can be due to a stress at exams

I don't think that they will have the information about any other tests.

Hermanmunster, In the other hand, do you think it could help mentioning another 11+ test has been passed, (I have two DSs, one failing one exam/ passing another, and the other DS passing none, however his result were above the pass mark, but below the 119 in one subject by 5 marks.

Normally, the fact that another 11plus was passed won't have much effect as schools argue that the various 11 plus exams are not comparable. It may be more beneficial to concentrate on other proofs of ability.

There is a bit about "other tests" in the FAQ http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/appeal ... cation#b50" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Have had a look to Q&A, therefore, nothing to loose mentioning other results, it may help a little bit as one of the two DSs had top mark on VR, and NVR, and did not pass because 117 in Maths, while in other 11+ test that he passed, he had a good mark in Maths, and the night of the disappointing results, we had a parent evening, and ironically were told by teacher that both DSs are among top of the class in maths, the very same subject under 119 while having a global mark over the 360 pass mark!
i know that Q&A mentions that brothers cases have to be reviewed individually, no chance that Ds1 can carry prejudice to DS2, as we will not obviously have the same arguments in his favor, and it will implies that he missed all his tests?
