What happens on allocation day if no Bucks review taken?

Please can you advise what I would need to do if I don't go ahead with the review on allocation day?
Would I accept the non GS and appeal for GS at that stage?
If I appeal would the non GS still be available.
As I understand you have to accept whichever school has been allocated to you in a certain time.
