No they dont do Cat scores at DD's school, they do the NFER testing which includes the reading and spelling and maths scores.
With her comfortably at level 5a's, YG&T, passing 3 other GS exams, extenuating curcumstances, reading and spelling ages of 14+ etc was thinking I had a pretty good academic case, maybe I haven't. Certainly wont be going in shouting about DD being supposedly 'top of class'. Shall just be offering the academic evidence I have and I guess is up to the panel to see whether she is 'up to it' but even then we shall have the over subscription hurdle to get over too! *sigh*
And so the insecurities set in again whether an appeal is worth it....
