It is of interest.
It confirms the (rather old) press article mentioned in the Q&As at the end of C20:

The average success rate for appeals has tended to be around 30% nationally, which seems quite reasonable. However, there continue to be wide variations from area to area.
With regard to professional help for an appeal, our advice is that this is not normally needed:
