Really Urgent Advice Needed

OK I need some urgent advice.
11+ appeal is being held tomorrow. Part of our appeal is based on the English Paper being stopped 1 to 2 minutes early (clear from timings sheet provided by school), as a result DC missed one section in the paper (failed by 1 mark). Just received an update from the school (6pm day before appeal). They have updated their case to say that the reason test was stopped early was because child had finished their paper early. This is totally untrue; what should we do? Has anyone ever heard of an 11+ test being deliberately stopped early? Is the school allowed to stop the test early? There were no notes made on the timing sheet or event log. DC had special access arrangement and was permitted to take a break in the paper due to eye condition, hence no other children affected.
