Letter from head

Hi it's my first post so sorry if it's not correct, we have just received our supporting letter from our head, ands it's just a list of facts albeit it does state that he is predicted to get above national average in reading mathematics science writing spelling punctuation and grammer just wondering if this is enough he was at level 5 at the end of year 5 and his reports state this so I can put that in as evidence his teacher expects him to be exceeding expectations under the new frame work is this the same as above national average I miss the levels as he saw a certainty to be level 6 in everything just wondering if I should question the letter as it makes no mention of the fact that in every test he comes top and that he's in extension groups for maths and English just feel under the new system there will be lots of pupils all grouped together thankyou for taking the time to read and reply
