Hi, due to one of my parents falling in and then being diagnosed with terminal cancer, our lives were thrown into disarray. (Fell ill in April - diagnosed May, told terminal June). Anyway, missed the entry date for the test. Have submitted for, and complete a late application form enclosing documentary evidence of all of the above dr letters and all appointments. Have been advised that we won't know whether late application reason was deemed reasonalve until the results come out. Does anyone have any advise on this.

Welcome! :)

Very sorry to hear your news.

I suppose it depends on the exact circumstances at the time.
For example, a single parent who was hospitalised shortly before the deadline would probably have a very strong case for discretion to be exercised.
