top 25% for english & maths

Just wanted to check that if your child is in the top 25% for english and maths whether it was standardised or not, as my child is in this category and is a late August birth.

We have just found out that a child placed below my daughter in the OoS has won his appeal. My daughter was placed ninth and the eight before her passed and we know that three below her passed. Is it worth mentioning about knowing that a fourth child has "passed" by winning his appeal.3
