Bucks Appeal - CLERK's PAPERS ?

Feel like we've been in a train wreck

DS missed by 3 points - he had health probs before & after familiarisation period. Top 25%, high level 5s expected .. yada yada....
We were unsuccessful. That was a month ago... Feels like years !
We have today made a request for the clerk's papers.
Can anyone tell me - What do these include ?
Appeal hearing. Deliberation ? How outcome was achieved ?

May be a shred of hope for us.
