LEA Maladministration

Hi all,

If the LEA have maladministered our childs application to a particular school will the Appeal Panal automatically uphold our appeal?

I thought I read this somewhere but now can't find it.

I would guess it depends on what you consider the maladministration to be, how serious an issue it is ? sorry can't help anymore.

The answer is: - only if the panel is satisfied that the LA made a mistake, and that you were therefore denied a place to which you would otherwise have been entitled.
