Can anyone advise if this is enough for a appeal.
My ds passed his 11 + but was not offered any schools on his form, instead we were offered a grammar school 23 miles away .

We are on the waiting list for his 1st preference grammar and sent in a appeal.

We have now also gone on the waiting list for another catchment grammar that we did not list and they have sent a letter saying although they have no places we can appeal. We have all the academic support we need but as we did not name them all I can say to why we want that school is that since we viewed schools he has attended 'master maths classes' at the grammar with 3 others from his primary school and now wishes he had named them on his form.

Is this enough as I do not know what else to say as they are bound to ask why we did not name them as 1 of our choices.

Thank you
