Our surname is lovely - it's official!

Have just found out that our appeal was successful.
I can't wait to tell DD - she will be sooooo thrilled!
I had never really thought that our surname was that great but obviously the panel liked it
(or it might have been the strength of our evidence, but either way I don't really care).
Thanks to Etienne and Capers for your advice/opinions and to everyone who has wished us luck.
For those of you who have not been so fortunate - I really hope things work out OK in the end, and if you're still waiting for results - Good Luck.

Thanks everyone for your good wishes - much appreciated.
lbswm - it's not actually Sam that will be going to grammar school in September. Whilst Sam is great at games he struggles a bit with the more academic subjects.
