Brilliant, so you are still doing extremely well despite the current problems at the school. Or are you feeling that it is in the future that things may get worse for you? Have you had the good teachers that are now leaving throughout Year 7?
Do compare other non-academic aspects of your school with Bishops before you move. Given that you are probably going to get high grades wherever you are, it may be that it is your extra-curricular activities you need to pay attention to, e.g. opportunities to do the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme to Gold etc.
I don't know about medicine, but certainly if you were to look on the advice on the Cambridge Vet School website for potential applicants they do talk about extra-curricular activities being important in the selection process and give some examples.
If you don't move, you may find the broader mix of pupils at your current school useful background for a doctor. You may find it easier to understand a wider range of your patients!!
If you change your mind about being a doctor, you may find that your current school has a broader range of GCSE and A' levels on offer than Bishops.
Forgive me if I am talking rubbish, as I know nothing about either school, but just want to give you some food for thought before you either "jump ship" or get annoyed if Bishops is too full to take you no matter how highly your scored in a past test / do score in a future test.
Good luck.
