Hi Phil
Whether a question is a "filler" or not depends on the nature of the appeal, but a rough division would be:
Fillers
:: Did you look around the G schools? Which one did he like?
:: Another question was regarding his French Horn.
:: Another regarding what did he want to do later in life
:: Does he know youre appealing? How does he feel about it?
:: What is his favourite subject?
:: How did he find the practice papers?
The last one is a filler because the practice paper results are not considered to be valid evidence.
Not Fillers
:: Did he finish the paper?
:: How much do you think the extenuating circumstances effected him?
:: A question regarding a paper I quoted reagrding moving schools to much(specific to my case)
:: The lady from the council asked about his recommendation and asked did I ask about why the 3 with 119 so I told the truth saying that the HT couldnt give him anymore as he only got that in year 5.
