Submitting evidence after the form

This subject is mentioned in the Q&A and I'm sure has come up here before, but with specific reference to Bucks transfer appeals, please could someone confirm whether it is OK to submit the form with a covering letter stating that all documentary evidence will follow at a later date? Obviously we'd send the evidence in plenty of time for the hearing, but probably need more time to collate it properly so that we don't overdo it. Thanks! :)

Yes, Marylou. No need for covering letter - just write in the space for reasons for appeal "Documentary evidence to follow".

Because the case papers are sent out a bit earlier than used to happen (two Codes of Practice ago!), I would now suggest submitting any extra papers no later than a fortnight before the appeal.
