My son sat the 11 + in Lincolnshire and passed. He sat an out of catchment place. He was not offered a place at the school.
I grew up and my husband and I have owned a house in the catchment area for the past 10 years, we then moved away to work and rented the house out. We are moving back into the house in June.
Please can someone help me out? My family roots are in the area. My son passed the 11+, we will be living in our house in the catchment area in June. What are the grounds for my appeal?

Dear M&H,
The school for which you applied has an admissions policy which means that places are allocated in score order, first within an inner area which is LCC’s “designated transport areaâ€
