I have just puchased one of the tutor cds for my son to use. All quite straight forward except he has completed two sections, one scoring 90% and the ohter 88% yet on the result page as well as these two results being shown individually it is showing an average score of 67% and I can't understand why. Can anyone please explain

Has he part completed a section?
The average score is for the attempts made and all scores for VR CD1 are out of 50, if he has part completed a section the score will still be out of 50 and this could affest the average score.
If this is not the case this posting may prompt the guys at ElevenPlusExams to give an explanation as they worked on all the programming for the CDs.
