Saved test results being lost from cd
Hi
I purchased the tutors verbal reasoning beginners software a while ago, but on two occassions have lost all saved test results upon just opening the program. Am I doing something wrong and does inactivity have a role in this?

I haven;t had that problem with mine, have passed this on to the programmer.

Thank you for your message. It rarely happens but it is one of those easy problem to solve.
Right click anywhere on the main menu screen. Choose the Settings, then click on the Local storage tab (the one with folder icon). Increase the slider to the more than 100 mb or even unlimited. I normally recommend to set it to unlimited to avoid the prompt in the middle of the test asking for permission for more storage. This can be distracting during the test. Rest assured this software only stores what is essential. If you need further help, please do not hesitate to contact us by email. Thank you.
