Hi,

I am having trouble getting the Maths app to work at all and can't seem to log on or re-register (the selection wheel for region only registers <null>)on the 11+ Vocab app. I can't tell if I have got the password wrong as the "Forgot Password" option doesn't seem to work either and ther is no way to contact support unless you are logged in!

Help!

We really liked the NVR (which we are still logged onto) but all we are getting on the others is the spinning wheel of doom!

Hi Ekamouse,

The problem you are having is caused by our server upgrade which resulted in a change of the IP address. This means that the apps are not connecting to our server because the settings need to be changed. We updated the apps to reflect the settings and submitted them to the App store but unfortunately they are a bit slow in processing the updates.

The vocabulary builder and English comprehension app updates were released last week so anyone who has purchased these should now update their app.

The Maths and non-verbal reasoning app updates have yet to be released. It is likely to be any day so please look out for the update. Once you update your app you will be able to login to your app using the login details you set up on your first app. Alternatively you can register as a second user.

The android version of the app updates were available on the Google Play store within 24 hours of us submitting the files but the Apple Store works differently and we have been waiting for well over a week. Unfortunately the matter is outside our control now but we have asked for the update releases to be expedited. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

how does one update apps? I have the vocabulary one.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Any updates on this please?

Does the pending updates mean we can't access even if we do remember our login details?

Also, to update the apps, don't we need access, i.e. we need to know our username and password? So what should I do if I have forgotten my login details? In short, how do we recover our login details?

I tried going to the website and clicked "update" , BUT it's asking me to pay again! Why do we need to pay again when we have NOT been able to access the apps due to problems you are having?!

Hello MSC,

The following will clarify the issue for you and any others that have problems with the iOS apps for ipad and iphone :

1. CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED BEFORE OCTOBER 2013
If you had registered and were using apps, you will find that you cannot log in again if you had logged out. Your app will work as normal otherwise.

2. CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED APPS DURING OCTOBER 2013 BEFORE THE LATEST UPDATE
You will not be able to register if you purchased version 1.0.0. The version you have is shown in your “Purchased” list of apps. The latest version is 1.0.2.

3. ALL CUSTOMERS – should update their apps to the latest version to ensure they can log in or register. The latest version (version 1.0.2) is available for all 4 apps (English, vocabulary, maths and non-verbal reasoning)

4. Updates are FREE to install - To update, go to the App Store and along the bottom menu you should see “Updates” button. This is usually on the bottom far right of the screen. The updates of the Eleven Plus Exams’ apps will show in this list provided you purchased the app. Update simply by tapping on the “Update” button, no charge is made by the App Store when you update.

5. To update your app you do not need your App username and password. As with all updates and purchases from App Store, you will be asked to enter need to enter your itunes password.

6. Once updated, you should be able to
a) LOG IN with the username and password that you originally entered when first registering. You can use the "forgot password" link if you need to.

b) REGISTER - if you are a new user that has not previously been able to register.
