Help - installing download for 2 users

Can anyone help me please? I have just purchased and tried to install the maths cd onto a laptop for my twin daughters. They each have separate user accounts. The download was successfully loaded onto one of my daughters' user accounts, but I want my other daughter to be able to use the programme on her own user account.

I have tried to transfer the programme to the shared file, but this produces a fault disabling the programme completely.

Any help to overcome this problem so that both my daughters can use the programme independently, would be greatly appreciated.

You could try ringing elevenplusexams and asking, they were very helpful when I contacted them.

Thank you. Telephoned elevenplusexams who gave me the number to phone Technical Support. They were very helpful and the cd is now installed so that both my daughters can log on and use the programme separately.
