Ever since my laptop installed automatic updates this morning I can't open any of the interactive downloads properly. The first page loads, but incorrectly.instead of filling the whole screen it is in teh top quadrant and only teh name is visible (no change name, continue or exit) I have to press ctrl, alt , delete to get out of it (task manager says programme is running) I have tried turning off and restarting, but it is still the same. I;ve tried opening them with and without being connected to internet

Can someone help??

I have tutors VR 1, tutors maths 1&2, tutors vocab builder & EPE NVR . The same thing happens when I try to open any of them. They were working perfectly yesterday evening so I am wondering if the update has affected them. (not sure what it was)

What security software suite are you running? This isn't zone alarm is it?

Try reducing you security levels to medium.
