Yep - and the rumour is that at least one member of the crew had a 'full immersion' baptism experience in the last week or so :roll: (Not my DD, I hasten to add!)

Now that's more his style - he loves kayaking and isn't afraid of getting wet :)
And he was impressed by the talk of fencing too, but then what boy doesn't enjoy whacking things with a pointy stick??? :lol:

They take their fencing really seriously - be prepared for regular trips competing around Europe if you DS is good at it. Chess and Warhammer are the only 'sports' my DS is prepared to compete at so far. Even the waving a pointy stick about wasn't enough incentive for him :)

We are really evil and won't let our DSs have an Xbox as we have enough grief with the Wii, computer time and eldest DS's mobile phone. Eldest DS could take up competitive leaving things on the bus, he's particularly good at that!
