LAWRENCE Sheriff's head teacher of 17 years Dr Peter Kent has been chosen to lead the professional association for almost all secondary school leaders in the UK.

He will leave the school inn August for a year to take up his role with President of the Association of School and College Leaders.

Gwen Temple, the school’s deputy head, will become acting head teacher while he is away.


This seems a real coup for LSS and Warwickshire!
