I believe there are two websites....both sporting the same crazy layout, poor grammar and spelling - which is a great advert for 11+ tuition....

I would imagine the school prioritises funds for education rather than hiring solicitors to deal with vexatious internet trolls. It's a "vanity website", no more, no less, although the word vainglorious comes to mind as well. There are at least 21 million sites worldwide more popular than that one (21 million is pretty much the default for a dead website), and it doesn't even merit a UK ranking, the number of hits is so low. For comparison, this site, a relative minnow in itself, ranks 174,546 in the world, and 5,487 in the UK.
