206 offered for RHS and there has been a 210 offer for LSS

I can only think due to catchment. We live on the edge of Birmingham and AGS is our easiest grammar school to get to (bus from Becketts farm). However, the way the grammar circles are divided up seems really odd - we come under the wrong priority circle but I can't figure out the how or why of it. Really worried for my son now - he'll be eaten alive in a big comp. Hoping I can formulate an appeal strong enough for someone to see sense. Really, really hoping

So you are not in Southern priority circle? have you phoned and asked about waiting lists?

Have they said you're on the waiting list (place requested)? With that score being comfortably above what the AQS appears to be then it feels like you'd still be in with a good chance? Wishing you lots of luck,

Did you check whether you are in the Southern Priority Circle as they incorrectly placed us outside the circle and we are also on the edge of Bham with my DS hoping to get the bus from Becketts Farm. We had to get them to change it when we got the results. Double check just in case.

My DS was offered KES, his score was 246 and ranked 36th out of southern boys. Just relieved to get the offer & know I filled the application form out correctly!

Anyone in Warks received the letter yet or is it just e mail. My postie is usually very early but today he seems to have gone AWOL.
