We are planning to complete on a house by July - have had an offer accepted and just hoping the mortgage company doesn't change it's mind!
Anyway it already has a name that I don't like so I want to change it but need ideas. It faces onto an open field. You may have some jokes but please include a serious contender too!

Name of a house/ place/ surname that has significance from previous generations?
If it doesn't have a number as well I would choose somethig thats easy for people to spell when you give it over the phone etc. We had that problem a few years ago (not that you would think the name was that tricky to grasp!)

Doesn't have a number so definitely need a name. I also rented the annexe of a house once and I could barely pronounce it let alone spell it. Then the Scottish accent makes it more diffcult for parochial folk to understand so I have just ruled out M's, N's and words that can be spelt in two ways. Thanks KB!

But now the hard work begins:
