Re: CITIZEN KHAN
Caught a few minutes yesterday and it made me cringe so I turned it off and read a book instead

Re: CITIZEN KHAN
Watched the first episode. There was a few moments which I found amusing. However, I felt a tad uneasy watching it, as it felt dated and stereotyped. There have been alot of complaints about it.

Absolute boring dross. So called comedy at its worst!
I caught one 'programme' of it (a repeat at that) and I only watched that because I thought it might be worthwhile as it had the bloke in it from 'My Family' (the one who does the BT ads) and he's usually very good.
Won't bother with it again.

yes i know how you feel . i watched the first episode it was ok, but the 2nd episode was completley rude, and very stereotyped, i dont know how bbc could accept this kind of programme , not only that but it is also mentions the religion many many times which is not aceptable in a bad manner hope the viewing is stopped as its very uncomfortable viewing.

Watched the first two (won't be watching any more) and I am completely bemused by it. I thought programmes like this went out in the 1970's.
