To get the best out of it, it's a good idea to register (bottom of the page, no nasty spam or junk) and then you can send and receive Private Messages if you need to.

Next time you log in, look for the little box that says "log me in automatically" and check it. It leaves a harmless cookie on your computer and saves you having to type your username and password.
Note that if you run an anti-spyware programme and delete all the cookies on your system you will need to repeat the process next time you access the site.
