Corn on the cob on the barbie with lemon juice and salt once cooked is lovely. You get the ones with long stems from Caribbean/ Indian shops though you have to peel the cover leaves off which then you can use as disposable serving dishes. I normally marinade aubergine/ courgette/ salmon in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste (defrosted frozen cubes), salt and pepper/ chilli.
