Not a ds, but my 11 year old dd has a Samsung Galaxy Ace II that she got for her birthday. Phone was free on a 10 quid a month tariff from T-mobile. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII that she will "inherit" but she definitely won't get an iPhone. Her best friend has an iPhone 4 that she got from her dad when he upgraded his phone, most of the girls in dd's class seem to have BlackBerrys or Samsung Galaxy Aces.
