I often slow cook a chicken at the weekend, so easy pop it in and leave it alone,at the end I do pop it in the oven for 40mins on 230, to crisp the skin , it's still very juicy and lovely, easy served with traditional roast trimmings , or salad with baked potatoes , good luck, dollyxxxx

Bought some pork ribs today as they looked really nice, going to try your recipe tomorrow. With Jacket potatoes and salad. Looking forward to them..

It's all just gone on. Realised I have far too big a rack of ribs for 2 people who should be on a diet, but justified it after reading a recipe for using any leftovers as a pulled pork sandwich
