Well done Yamin , it's hard to stay strong sometimes especially if most parents are saying yes. I do some work for a child based charity, interestingly enough the major problem we have is children ruling the roost, parents that want to be a friend rather than parent. Parents that give in and that boundaries are needed , saying no is very important for them to to grow up and turn into a decent adult.

I do think it's a very difficult time to parent compared to my childhood, with only a hall phone to communicate with friends, or at clubs after school, life passed by on a much slower pace. Nowadays our children are exposed to so much and the pressure to conform , latest gadget, clothes, social media, being skinny.....list is endless, it's immense! Dollyxx
