Another article, also linked to music and Shakespeare (but with a different slant)

If interested, book now to avoid disappointment. Once they have gone, they have gone!

Book online using this link:

Saw this last Saturday and it was brilliant. Lots of fast-moving humour but also deep issues about violence/friendship/love/loyalty. Superbly staged as always at the RSC. Back for The Tempest in December!

Ds2 was lucky enough to go to the Globe a few weeks ago and see A Midsummer Night's Dream. He loved it and wants to go again :D

It's not on any more, doodles, it's Macbeth. Very good, we saw it recently, and convenient timing for DS2 who is studying it for GCSE.

We went to see Macbeth there last week for a matinee performance. It was boiling hot. We were really lucky with our seats as we managed to be directly opposite the stage and in shade, but I recommend anyone going there when it is likely to be sunny to ask for advice on seat position. People were actually passing out, particularly those who were standing, and the staff won't let anyone sit down on steps or in the standing area.

Cross posts scary. Ray Fearon was jolly good, wasn't he?

Fantastic. We must have had similar seats to you, possibly the best position we could have been in. Sore back afterwards though.
