Oh dear - the choice is pretty dismal and not such a bargain when some of the books will be in schools already. I can remember suffering (whoops, reading) the 'Mill on the Floss' for O level and some of the others earlier in school.
This is patronising and wrong.
Where is your average school going to find £3 000 for a package of books it doesn't even choose and already owns half of?
