Really, now, is there nobody else who thinks that offering parents insurance against not getting their first choice of school and having to go to appeal is a bit...well...unsound?

OK LBSWM - so do you reckon they'll they'll give me a "no-claims bonus" for the others if DD actually gets her first choice of school? :lol:
