My son is so against injecting or sniffing anything into his precious self, that he would not do it even if his life dependent on it!

A slightly unfortunate phrase, this one, as some of us have children whose lives DO depend on it. And believe me, he would…

But on a lighter note, while DCs have to do this, they can’t understand why anyone would choose to do so.

Of course you are right. My apologies

I could really use a Peanut Butter sandwitch; I'm starving since my post on the other thread.

Schools (state) are supposed to let parents know when s e x is being discussed and should have a policy - I know what is being discussed and can remove my child from the lesson(s) if I consider it inappropriate!

Again before drugs were discussed parents were invited in - it was all done by the police liaison officer so it was not glamourised ... when you are told what can be mixed with certain substances you would not EVER want to use them even if you thought it was 'harmless' before!!

We had a police person come in and talk to us about drugs, I remeber being horrified to hear that heroin may be cut with brick dust and the effects that can have when it goes into the blood stream..

This was way before "this government" and PHSE, it was 1973.

yoyo123 - it was worse than that - I don't want to be too graphic ... it comes out of the rear end of animals ...
