I particularly like the last paragraph....

Personally, I dont think my teens have been THAT bad, they, of course have their moments. I use alot of 'kidology' they think they have one up one me.....but little do they realise that *I* made the decision not to make a fuss in the first place or *I* have chosen to ignore a particular action.
I just believe some things are more important [ education, manners ] than others.
