Key Stage 3 Science and maths books.

On a previous post CGP are recommended. Could you tell me whether I should be buying the green cover newer version or the cheaper burgundy cover versions? I assume they cover mostly the same stuff.

If you just want a revision guide then the Burgandy is fine. The Green is a more comprehensive revision and practice book. It has a revision guide, practice questions for each section and a couple of full practice papers at the end.

Thanks Mitasol, think I will go with the green as my son is keen to do some work on his own to improve results.
