I would like to wish all new year 7s all the best as they settle into their new schools in the next few days.

We don't start until Thursday - however last Friday was football training, and today and tomorrow are hockey training for new year 7s - and they all had a year 7 activity week in July - so the children are all reasonably familiar with each other. I think that definitely takes some of the worry out of it for them - mine appears to be totally unfussed at the moment. He is more interested in how the lunch system works ...
