DS1 wants to be a marine biologist and DS2 a rock star. I'm at uni age 30 as I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up!
But definitely not a teacher - could you imagine it...Good Morning Miss Tipsy!

Daughter ALSO loves the idea of marine biologist!! A great excuse to live near the sea too (my thought, not hers!)

You'd obviously be teaching at a grammar or Private school then, Miss Tips.
In the normal secondary's, there's usually, no 'Good mornings', just a whining 'Missssssss, not this againnnnnnnnnnn, it's soooooooooooo boring'.

With some children it starts in year 6 and begins with folded arms and a general attitude of not caring!!
I have my methods of snapping them out of it!!

Off topic so will write really ickle wickle. I cover PPA Yoyo, so I teach across all of key stages 1 and 2 and I suppose you get that attitude throughout for certain types of children. One particular year 6 class 2/3 years ago was shockingingly full of attitude!!
