Is it worth practising NVR now?

My dd has practised a lot of nvr over the holidays, and is quite good. She has not really improved.

I wonder if it is worth her practising it, or whether we should concentrate on other areas? My husband thinks you can either do nvr - or you can't - I can't - and I tend to believe him - any other opinions? It is her "favourite" subject because she always scores best in it, does it quite quickly.

I'm in a state! Thank goodness my dd isn't!

My strategy at this stage is to focus on the areas where there's most chance of improvement - and then to go back to the stronger subjects with a few days to go as a confidence builder.
