Help with phrase for working out questions

Hi
Can anyone recall a phrase to help remember the bits to look for in NVR questions, I remember hearing one about a boy & stripped pyjamas but can not find it :/

Spanss is the one we heard of.
Shape, position, angle, number, shading and size.

SPANSS - "Spotted Pyjamas And Nice Soft Slippers" according to one of the "how to books" if I remember (nearly) correctly!
