I don't know how to paste the picture but I am assuming you want an explanation of why it is C. Inititally, with a question like this you would expect number of lines to be the significant factor. When it isn't, you should then count the number of intersections (lines crossing lines). This gives you 5 intersections for each example so you would select C as the only one with 5 intersections.
