My daughter is in Year 5 in a primary school in the London Borough of Bromley.

How does she sit the 11+ for Bexley?
How does she sit the 11+ for Bromley?
How do I apply?
When do I apply?

Sorry ... so many questions but new to all of this and very confused :D

Many thanks :D

first of all welcome to the forum.

This is a starting point

http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/school ... ey-11-plus

Have a look at the Bexley and Bromley section too.

viewforum.php?f=51

The 11+ is not standard across the country, each Local Authority ( and in some cases school) has its own test.

Don't be afraid to ask, we have all been there at some time or another!
There is a wealth if information and experience available on the website and forum.

Thank you for the welcome and help.

The dates on the first link show an exam date in 2010, when are the exam dates published for 2011 and how do you know when they are?

It says “Applications must be made by completing your Local Authority’s Common Application Form, placing Newstead Wood School for Girls as one of your preferences. Your CAF must be returned to your own Local Authority by the stipulated date.”

Where do you get the application form from? Do I write to the Council?

And thank you for the link to Bromley and Bexley Forum … I didn’t realise there was one for this area. Could I post this question on that Forum too?
:D
