The Rattlebag is the best ever - but might be a bit daunting.It's very thick and the print is very small.
I don't know if it's still available anywhere, but my favourite, if quirky, smaller anthology is called "Other Men's Flowers", compiles by Viscount Wavell, who was, i think, the last Viceroy of India. The book consists of the poems that he knew by heart himself, linked together by a commentary he wrote himself. They are an odd mixture, and, rather charmingly, some of them are not quite right - he must have misremembered. Certainly worth a look!
