Applying to kent from redbridge
Hello members,
I am new to this forum. I am slightly confused about a basic stuff. Might be already answered but rules are changing every year. Please help with such links. We live in Redbridge and plan to apply for grammar schools outside redbridge as well such as kent/bexley.
Will we get test invitation for kent/bexley/qe if we apply from redbridge. Is there any filtering for test itself based on distance/catchement area. What would be the probablity of getting a place in kent/bexley/qe schools. Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Applying to kent from redbridge
Hello rakki2004 and welcome to the forum
For Bexley, if your DC is one of the top 180 scorers they are guaranteed a GS place regardless of distance. If DC is deemed selective but is not a top 180 scorer, distance then comes into play. The Bexley council website has a booklet that explains it all in a lot more detail.
Hope this helps. Sure members from Kent/qe will be along........
