I was reading your excellent exam tips but I wasn't sure about one of them-
If unsure of an answer make a good educated guess and mark it on the answer sheet, putting a circle around the number and move on. you may have time to come back to it at the end.
Id this still valid for the Wirral multiple choice answer sheet because we were told by my son's teacher that the papers are marked electronically so it's not a good ideaif you put a pencil mark in a box and then change it the computer reads both marks however faint and will automatically mark it wrong.

It's fine to change an answer as long as you have a good eraser and wipe off any 'bits' left on the paper. The OMR machines 'read' the carbon in the HB pencil line -
