TigerMum,

Are these papers in any particular order of difficulty ?

What are AFN and AE portfolio (any links) ?

He's not resistant and I'm not timing him yet. I don't want to cause him extra stress off course, that's why I will want to take it easy after school starts. Thanks for the list TigerMum, helped a lot. Currently doing CGP (GL can wait until the end).

His weak points are Comprehension and Vocabulary, I'm not that bothered with Maths and Grammar/Spelling.

No, they're just alphabetically, but I do remember the kids starting with AFN and "working up" to GL towards the summer - Kendrick's test was supposed to be at a similar level to GL, obviously not sure what's happening this Sep.

We are starting to time creative writing - dd has to write 1 a4 page in 30 mins. It is proving to be very challenging - to say the least . Need lots of practise
