Difference between GL Assessment and CEM

For 2013
Kent test (based on GL) was marathon, Bexley test (based on CEM) was like 100 metres sprint
GL test concepts with higher complexity in standard test times
CEM test speed with lesser complexity but crazy test times

Yes, that is an illuminating comparison. Wonder what the 2014 Kent Test will hold! Maybe higher complexity and crazy test times to "differentiate at the top"?!
